Serie A giants AC Milian have made an official announcement stating they have completed the signing of Chelsea summer target Pepe Reina from Napoli this summer.
As Spain got kicked out of the FIFA World Cup at the hands of the host country, Reina could not make a single appearance for his country, but showed impressive performance during his time with Serie A’s runners-up Napoli. Strinic, however, registered appearance for Croatia in the World Cup and has registered 17 appearances for Sampdoria last season.

AC Milan have now confirmed the signings of both Strinic and Pepe Reina and the duo will join the club after the World Cup ends this summer. The final of the World Cup is exactly two weeks from now. (July 15).
The two players arrived Milan as free-agents after having their contracts expired last Saturday. Reina’s contract had been agreed with the San Siro outfits on the 16th of March.
With speculations keep linking Chelsea with the signing of Milan’s first-choice between the sticks, Reina appeared to be Milan’s replacement for the 19-year-old if he does leave for the Blues this summer.
Milan could do with selling one of their players this summer and that could be Donnarumma as they are having to balance the books after being thrown out of European competition following their breaches of Financial Fair Play regulations.
From the report, it’s believed a fee around £50 million (€56,457,750.00) could be enough to secure the signing of the young goalkeeper, although the Serie A side may consider asking for more or inserting some add-on clauses fee in his transfer.
