The La Liga outfit is prepared to offer a combined sum of £70m for the duo, according to El Go Digital (via The Sun).
Both Martial and Herrera are said to be surplus to manager Jose Mourinho’s plans for next season, with the former having been linked with a number of clubs recently.

Martial is reportedly rated at between £45m and £50m, while United value Herrera at around £25m.
Atleti have allegedly added both players to their list of potential summer acquisitions, and the result of their upcoming Europa League final against Marseille is not expected to impact on their plans to bid for them.
Meanwhile, United have been made strong favourites to sign Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale this summer.
