Chelsea are preparing to table a bid for Belgium and Tottenham centre-back Toby Alderweireld, this is according to report.
The Blues are already in the market to reinforce their squad ahead of the upcoming season and they are beaming their searchlight around London.

Alderweireld has a year left on his current contract with Spurs and he has knocked back their new and improved offers for him. Tottenham and Chelsea are bitter rivals not just on the pitch but in the transfer window as they both hardly sell players to each other.
Their bitter transfer rivalry started in the summer of 2005 when Frank Arnesen forcefully left White Hart Lane for Chelsea to seal a deal.
