Imagine him and Kante'... Chelsea fans urge club to Sign £80,000-a-week PL midfield Machine

Friday 20 April 2018

According to reports in The Mirror, Tottenham Hotspur would be willing to sell midfielder Mousa Dembele, who earns £80,000-a-week according to The Sun, this summer if they receive an acceptable offer for the player who has just over a year left on his contract, and Chelsea fans have urged their club to snap him up.

While the Belgium international perhaps wasn’t at the very top of his game at the end of 2017, he certainly has been in 2018 and shone in the matches against Juventus, Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool earlier this year.

The midfielder is strong, able to dictate the play and is comfortable in possession – especially in tight areas – and the Stamford Bridge faithful obviously feel that he could be an upgrade on the likes of Danny Drinkwater – whom they want to be sold this summer following reported interest from West Ham United – and Tiemoue Bakayoko in the middle of the park.

Chelsea supporters were quick to have their say on Dembele via social media, and while one said “imagine him and Kante in front of a back 3”, another simply said “snap him up”.

Let's not dwell on the past. Let's focus on the future
We need players like bale, dembele of spurs, rewandoski to compete for next season

Chelsea should be front of the queue for Mousa Dembele if he does leave Spurs. They need someone who can drive through a midfield and break the lines

If Spurs wanna sell Dembele, it would be silly for Chelsea not to snap him up ASAP
