The Bayer Leverkusen star, 20, has been heavily linked with a move to England in recent months.
Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal have been tipped to sign the Jamaica Under-23 international.

And the forward has put the Premier League big boys on red alert by revealing his dream is to play in England, with Bailey even claiming he has an ideal club.
When asked by German newspaper Bild about interest from Chelsea, United and Arsenal, Bailey said: “Of course I have a dream club, but I will not tell.
“Basically, England was and still is my dream. And if I keep working hard, I’m sure it will work someday.”
Bailey, who has netted eight times and chipped in with four assists this season, is under contract at Leverkusen until 2022.
And the winger says he’s happy in the Bundesliga, adding that he’s desperate to play in the Champions League again.
“The change to Bayer was just the right step for my development,” Bailey added.
“I am happy here. And we have every chance to get into the Champions League. Europe is our big goal.”
