HUGE: Chelsea to agree deal for £90m-rated Liverpool and Arsenal midfield target

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has blamed all the poor performances of Chelsea this season to the lack of options he has on the bench. And so, he is expected to bolster his squad in January.

French attacking midfielder Thomas Lemar has emerged as a transfer target for Chelsea and the blues will try to beat Liverpool and Arsenal to the player’s signature, this is according to report.

The Gunners thought they would lose Alexis Sanchez to Manchester City in the closing stages of the transfer window last summer and they offer about £90m to Monaco for Lemar as Sanchez’s replacement. However, the deal failed to materialise.

Liverpool also saw two of their bids for the skillful winger rebuffed as claimed by the vice president of Monaco Vadim Vasilyev. Lemar reportedly wanted a move to Anfield over the Emirates but he was still open to a Premier League move.

L’Equipe are now in the claim that Liverpool and Arsenal will attempt to sign the star in the January transfer window. However, Chelsea are weighing up a deal for the forward too. Chelsea have contacted Monaco over a deal for the player, per the report.

Arsenal uncertain of the future of Alexis Sanchez and Lemar is said to be favoured as the best replacement for the Chilean.

It is understood that Monaco will listen to offers for the star in January.
