The Blues Chelsea fans have received a huge transfer boost in the last days of the summer transfer windows after a club president has officially confirmed a potential arrival of a world class player to Chelsea FC.

Chelsea are having a hard time signing new players during the summer transfer windows where the blues Chelsea FC have signed just two players until this moment, where only one of them will be joining Chelsea’s first team and start.

However, Chelsea could be on the edge of sealing the third signing in the coming few hours or days as Atletico Madrid’s president has officially confirmed that a world-class player could be on his way to the Premier League, and Chelsea FC is the main candidate to sign him.

Atletico Madrid’s president, Enrique Cerezo, has officially confirmed that the transfer windows for the Madrid’s club are closed, where they aren’t looking to sign any more players at the moment, which gives Chelsea a huge hope of signing the Chilean international midfielder, Arturo Vida.

Arturo Vidal is expected to leave the Bavarian giant, Bayern Munich, during the summer transfer windows where his release clause or price by Bayern Munich is only 30million Euros, which isn’t a big amount for Chelsea.

On the other hand, other European giants are interested in signing the Chilean superstar such as Manchester United, Inter Milan, and A.C Milan.

However, the Premier League is the potential destination for the 31 years old midfielder as A.C Milan aren’t participating in the Champions League, and Inter Milan will have to sell a foreign none European player in order to let Arturo Vidal join the club.
