Chelsea have retained a policy in their youth set-up that sees a lot of the youngsters commit their future to the club before they are sent out on loan spells to accelerate their development.
Serbian youngster Danilo Pantic has completed a loan move with his country club Partizan Belgrade, and this came after he signed a contract with the Blues to keep him at the club until 2021, according to report.

The midfielder joined Chelsea in the summer of 2015 from Partizan after a £1.25 million agreement was reached. He has been on three loan spells at Vitesse, Excelsior and the latest was at Partizan, where he helped the club to win the Serbian Cup and following his impressive display, he was named in the Team of the season in the league.
He will now return to Partizan, where he is expected to continue his development and hopefully, return to Chelsea next season and fight for a place in the first team.
Chelsea have a plethora of young players that have already being loaned including Clarke-Salter Heads, Baker and Sterling.

Meanwhile, the Blues are yet to resolve on who would be their manager next season but it is widely claimed that Maurizio Sarri would take over from Conte.
