Good News: South-American Super Star Confirms He’ll Be A Man United Player Next Season

Manchester United have been handed a massive boost after reports indicated that Argentina goalie Sergio Romero, has pledge his future with the Red Devils.

Romero joined Manchester United in the summer of 2015 from Seria A side Sampdoria but he has been in the shadows of David De Gea, leaving him as a bit-part player.

The Argentina international extended his contract with the Red Devils recently but he has been linked with a move away from the fortress of Old Trafford, as it is claimed that he is tired of playing second fiddle.

An now the player, Romero who is currently on national duties was quizzed about his future with United and he has put every speculation to bed, with claims that he will leave United only if the club sanctions his sale.

“I’m staying at Manchester United for now. Mourinho worked hard for my renewal until 2022. I can’t leave him now. If United wants to sell me, if they have an offer that it’s useful for the club, they will sell me. But I don’t think that would happen,” he told TyC Sports via Goal.com.

The speculation surrounding the future of David De Gea for Man United continues to gather momentum and should he leave, Romero will assume the first team goalkeeper for United.

Man United have already confirmed the signing of Diego Dalot and Fred but they are still in the market to sign players.
