After switching Borrussia Dortmund for Barcelona in a £120million deal, Dembele has failed to live up to his bidding and the Catalan side are considering cashing in on him. It is claimed that Lionel Messi has also sanctioned his sale, putting the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool on the alert while reports have mentioned Chelsea and Manchester United as front-runners for his signature.

Reports according to Don Balon via Express Sport claim Dembele has knocked back offers from Chelsea with two other clubs, leaving Manchester United as his next most probable footballing destination.
It was the sale of Neymar to Paris Saint Germain that prompted Barcelona to signing the French forward but an injury kept him out of action for up to three months – he has managed to start in only eight La Liga games this term and this has not gone down well with the brass of the Blaugranas.
Dembele is a big fan of Manchester United and Jose Mourinho but he might be unable to stamp a place in the first team of the star studded Red Devil’s squad. Following the signing of Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal, Mourinho has revealed that United have made the signing of a midfielder a priority for the upcoming season.
However, with so much uncertainty beclouding the future of Anthony Martial, Dembele stand a chance of realising his Manchester United dream.
