OFFICIAL: Chelsea’s Squad In The Champions League

Chelsea have officially revealed and submitted their full squad that will be playing in the knock out stage in the biggest European competition, Champions League.

Chelsea have already qualified from the group stages to the knock out stages where the Blues Chelsea will be facing FC Barcelona on two legs, the first leg will be played on the 20th of February 2018 at home, and the second leg will be played on the 14th of March 2018 away from home at the Camp Nou, Barcelona’s stadium.

Antonio Conte revealed the squad that will be playing in the Champions League knock out stages and it was submitted for the UEFA with some modifications where some players where added, like Oliver Giroud who didn’t play in the Champions League with Arsenal this season, and some others where removed such as Kenedy who left for Newcastle United.

Here is Chelsea’s full squad that will take actions and is eligible to play in the Champions League

Goalkeepers: Willy Caballero, Thibaut Courtois, Eduardo

Defenders: Antonio Rudiger, Marcos Alonso, Davide Zappacosta, Gary Cahill, Andreas Christensen, Cesar Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Emerson Palmieri, Dujon Sterling,

Midfielders:
Cesc Fabregas, Danny Drinkwater, N’Golo Kante, Ross Barkley, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Victor Moses, Willian, Kyle Scott

Forwards: Eden Hazard, Pedro Rodriguez, Willian, Oliver Giroud, Callum Hudson-Odoi, and Alvaro Morata

Knowing that this squad is until the end of the Champions League this season, and Chelsea can’t make any modifications to it even if they beat Barcelona and proceed to the quarter-final.
