The deal is worth about £25 million and all that is left is for the player to undergo a medical and agrees a personal terms with the London club.
Manchester United were leading the race for Moura’s signature earlier on having contacted his representative for his services. However, United backed out of the deal when it became clear that Alexis Sanchez will be available.
United opted move for Moura services to sign Sanchez from Arsenal.
Sanchez is undoubtedly a better player than Moura and United fans were filled with joy seeing one of the best attackers in Europe switching to Old Trafford.
The talented Brazilian has been linked to several Premier League clubs including Arsenal and Liverpool but it all seems Spurs have won the race for his signature.
Moura has struggled for regular play time in PSG this season. The arrival of Kylian Mbappe and Neymar drastically reduced his playing chances this season.
The former Sao Paulo winger has only made six appearances for the Paris Club this term and a move to Tottenham could rejuvenate his dying career.
