It appears that the League holders will not sign any other player before the window is closed. However, we expect to see one one two transfers away from the Club – latest reports have indicated Charly Musonda is on the verge of joining Scottish side Celtic on a loan deal.
Musonda has showed great potential for Chelsea but he has not impressed Conte enough to break into the first team of the side. He was even an unused substitute for Chelsea when they thumped Newcastle in the FA Cup and to continue his development, he has to play regularly away from the club.
He has been scheduled to have a medical with the Scottish side today and he could feature for the side against Hearts at Celtic Park on Tuesday night, according to the Herald. He will be at the side for 18 months, until the end of the 2018/2019 season.
The 21-year-old youngster can play as a winger on behind the striker and so, he will given manager Brenda Rogers more depth and option as they have a sight on the Europa Cup competition. Rodgers has been a big admirer of Musonda and he tried him in the summer, but he was told that the young Belgian is a part of Chelsea’s plan for the season.
Musonda joined Chelsea from Anderlecht when he was 17-years and he has been tipped to be one of the best players at the Club. However has managed only seven appearances for the Blues this term
